Giorgi Sukhitashvili

Giorgi Sukhitashvili is a practicing attorney and has been a member of the Georgian Bar Association since 2018. He chairs the Association’s Real Estate and Property Protection Committee.

His practice covers civil and administrative law, with a focus on real estate, finance-related disputes and enforcement. His work includes property litigation, loans, mortgages, eviction matters and contract preparation.

He also founded LegalSupport.ge, a legal project serving non-residents, foreign investors and expatriates in Georgia on property, business and residency matters.

Since 2025, he has been pursuing doctoral research on recovery of immovable property from unlawful possession and the right to adequate housing.
